Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail for attending examination scheduled from 27/04/2026 to 13/05/2026. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as Trial Court has rejected the application for interim bail of the Applicant but permitted to appear for examination by paying escort charges. He submits that applicant is unable to pay the escort charges and requested the application be allowed and applicant be released on temporary bail. 4.

Learned APP opposed this application for granting temporary bail to the Applicant on the ground that applicant and co-accused brutely

77-BA-1951-2026 (CR).doc Tikam murdered the deceased. The trial Court rejected his bail application and permitted him to attend the examination by paying escort charges. He submitted that the order passed by the trial Court is well reasoned order and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel and perused the impugned order.

As the Applicant wishes to attend the examination. He has no antecedent. Considering this fact, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The Applicant be released on temporary bail for 15 days from today to attend the examination.

(ii) The Applicant shall release on payment of cash bail of Rs.25,000/- on same P.R. amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Uttam Nagar Police Station during this period.

(iv) Applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on 14/05/2026 at 10.00 a.m.

(v) Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
