This Bail Application was circulated in view of the praecipe dated 09.06.2026. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. In view of the request made in the praecipe "X", this Application was ordered to be placed on "Production Board" 2.

Mr. Aniket Nangare, learned Advocate for the Applicants states that during the pendency of this Application, the Respondent No. 1 has filed the chargesheet. He submits that in view of the filing of the chargesheet, he has instructions from the Applicants to withdraw the present Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.

Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP for the Respondent - State does not object to the said request made by Mr. Aniket Nangare.

In view of the request made by Mr. Aniket Nangare, learned Advocate for the Applicants and the no objection by Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.

If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.

Bail Application No. 1982 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
