By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking Bail in connection with in Crime No. 111 of 2025 registered with Chakan Police Station, Pune.

130-BA-1986-2026.doc instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court by order dated 29.09.2025, passed in Bail Application No. 3059 of 2025. 5.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent-State, does not oppose the said request. In view of the statement made by Mr. Jinay Jain, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the observations in order dated 29.09.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 3059 of 2025, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.

If such an Application filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Bail Application No. 1986 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
