By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly enlarge the Applicant on bail in connection with FIR bearing C.R. No. 34/2026 dated 18/01/2026 registered with Chinchwad Police Station, Dist - Pune for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under section 3(25) of Arms Act and 142, 37(4)(3) r/w 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.
