At the outset, Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that on account of an inadvertent mistake on his part, certain averments in the Application remained to be incorporated. He submits that instead of carrying out the amendment, he has instructions from the Applicant to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application. 2.

The request made by Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP.
