By the present Bail Application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant seeks the following substantive relief :- (a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that, the Applicant may please be released on bail arising out of Cr. No.67/2026 lodged at Baner police station for the offences punishable under section 318, 336(1), 336(2), 338, 339, 340(1), 340(2), 329(1), 329(3), 329(4), 60(a), 60(b) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023"

Mr. Siddharth Ghodke, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that during the pendency of this Application, chargesheet has been filed in Crime No. 67 of 2026. Accordingly, he has instructions from the Applicant to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court.

The request made by Mr. Siddharth Ghodke, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent/State. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Siddharth Ghodke, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed for. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
Criminal Bail Application No.2194 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
