Heard Mr. Harsh Kashyap, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Amit Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent/State.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No.508 of 2023 dated 18 October 2023 registered with Sinhagad Road Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4(25) of the Arms Act and Section 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Harsh Kashyap, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the C.A. Report in the present crime is awaited. He, therefore, on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Trial Court with a fresh bail application once the C.A. Report is filed before the Trial Court in Sessions Case No.117 of 2024 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, on instructions submits that the C.A. Report would be received within a period of two months from today.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Harsh Kashyap, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court upon the C.A. Report being filed in Sessions Case No.117 of 2024. If a fresh bail application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No.2201 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
