Mr. Godbole, the learned Senior Counsel states that the Applicant Mr. Balkrishnan Kurup is a cancer survivor and taking into consideration his illness, the matter be kept at the earliest.

3) Mr. Mayur Sonavane, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent No.1State, states that his Officer is present in the Court, however, time be granted to prepare himself.
