Therefore, he is seeking time. 2) The aforesaid adjournment request is strongly opposed by Mr. Godbole, the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicants contending that, previously, the prosecution has sought adjournment on four occasions although the allegations against the Applicants are neither serious nor related to the contraband in question.
