By the present Bail Application, the Applicant seeks bail in Crime No. 626 of 2024 registered with the Shirur Police Station, District Pune.

Mr. Rohit Jain, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that during the pendency of this Bail Application, the Respondent has filed a chargesheet. Accordingly, he has instructions to seek withdrawal of this Bail Application, as the Application intends to approach the Sessions Court with a fresh Bail Application.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Rohit Jain, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Bail Application No.2239 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
