At 5.52 p.m., Mr. Mohd Farhan Khan , learned Advocate for the Applicant, requested for taking up this matter out of turn. At his request, this Bail Application was taken up out of turn. 3.

Mr. Mohd Farhan Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the subject matter of the present Bail Application is Crime No. 134 of 2026 registered with Bavdhan Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 80(2), 85, 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Vivekanand

Mr. Mohd Farhan Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that during the pendency of this Application charge-sheet is filed, as such the Applicants desire to approach the Trial Court with a fresh Bail Application. He, therefore, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Bail Application 5.

Request made by Mr. Mohd Farhan Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant is not opposed by Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Mohd Farhan Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed. 7.

If fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 8.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2306 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
