By the present Application, the Applicants are seeking bail in Crime No. 65 of 2026 registered with Talegaon Dabhade Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 21(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

Mr. Amey Sheth, learned Advocate Applicants, submits that the role assigned to the Applicant No. 1 and Applicant No. 2 are distinct and separate. He submits that two separate Applications are required to be filed. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application filed jointly by the Applicant Nos. 1 and 2 Arjun
