By the present Bail Application the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief :- "9(a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly enlarge the Applicant on regular bail in connection with FIR bearing C. r. No.521/2024 dated 02/10/2024 registered with Wanwadi Police Station, Dist - Pune for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under sections 64, 65(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and under sections 4, 6, 8 of POCSO Act."

After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application and prays for liberty to file a fresh Bail

(12) BA-2352.26.DOCX Application before the Trial Court after a period of one year from today, if there is no progress in the trial. 3.

The request made by Mr. Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. V B Konde-Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Respondent/State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court after the period mentioned by Mr. Toshniwal, if there is no progress in the trial. If such a Bail Application is filed, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No2352 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
