By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief :- "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that the Applicant may be released on bail arising out of C.R. 274/2025 registered at Baner Police Station, Pune on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Tanmay Kate, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over to take instructions from the Applicant. At his request, the matter was taken up after some time.

Mr. Tanmay Kate, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court after the examination of the victim in C.R. 274/2025.

The request made by Mr. Tanmay Kate, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent/State. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Tanmay Kate, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to the Applicant to withdraw this Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court after the examination of the victim. If a fresh Bail Application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No.2355 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
