The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.509/2025 registered with Police Station, Khamgaon City, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 125, 351(2), 352, 155(2), 131, 189(2), 191(2) and 194(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Issue notice to the non-applicant.

Shri Chutke, APP waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant and prays for time to file reply. 4.

At his request, stand over to 22.01.2026.

The allegations against the present applicants are that they alongwith the main accused, formed an unlawful assembly and the present applicant no.2 pelted stones; whereas, the other applicants assaulted the informant by

50 aba4.26.odt means of fist and kick blows. The main assault by means of iron rod is attributed to other co-accused.

Considering the submissions, a case is made out for ad interim anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest, the applicants (1) Krishna alias Kishan Subhash Natekar, (2) Sunny alias Prathamesh Suresh Borkar and (3) Golu alias Mangesh Baban Bangar in connection with Crime No.509/2025 registered with Police Station, Khamgaon City, District Buldhana be released on ad interim anticipatory bail on executing PR bond of 25,000/- ₹ with one solvent surety in the like amount by each one of them.

ii.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 12th , 15th and 19th January 2026 between 12.00 noon to 02.00 pm.
