Applicant apprehends arrest in Crime No. 332 of 2025 registered with Jaysingpur Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(2), 318(4), under Section 3 and 4 of MPID Act.

Prosecution case in short is that applicant and co-accused induced the informant and other investors to invest the amount in ayurvedic product company i.e. VBSL India Private Ltd. But after investing the amount, the informant and investors did not received their amount invested back.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State. Perused the investigation papers. 4.
Applicant seeks bail on the ground of parity as the coaccused named in the FIR namely Salim Nijam Alatekar is granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2025. 5.
Perusal of FIR and the papers of investigation papers show that similar role is attributed to the applicant in the present crime. There is no material on record to connect the applicant with the present crime. All the allegations appear to be against Accused No. 1 who has enticed the investors to invest the amounts in company's account and the investors have invested the amount in company's account. It is not the allegation of anybody that the applicant has received any amount on behalf of company.

In the light of above, applicant is entitled for bail. In the result, application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicant- Sanket Ravindra Suryawanshi in Crime No. 332 of 2025 registered with Jaysingpur Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(2), 318(4), under Section 3 and 4 of MPID Act, he be released on executing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/-
{3} with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant to attend the concerned police station from 27.01.2026 to 01.02.2026, between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and shall co-operate in the investigation.

Thereafter, till filing of charge sheet, applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.)
