Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks extraordinary relief of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 577/2025 registered with Police Station, Sakkardara, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
The contention is that, rent was due towards the complainant and when it was demanded by the applicant on 27.12.2025, she implicated the applicant for outraging her modesty. According to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, even if the allegations are treated as true, no case is made out for the alleged offences. 4.
Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable on 22.01.2026.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicants/State.

Considering the submissions and the fact that there is no allegation of using criminal force by the applicant, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant till the next date of hearing.

Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant - Amol Manikrao Junghare in connection with Crime No. 577/2025 registered with Police Station, Sakkardara, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 74, 75(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend Police Station, Sakkardara, Nagpur on 12th, 15th and 19th January, 2026 between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and cooperate with the investigation.
