At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State submits that there are five antecedents against the Applicant and the same are not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the above contention raised by Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP, Mr. Bankapur, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of all the antecedents.
