Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 723/2025 registered with Police Station, Wani, Dist. Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 105, 251 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegation against the applicant is that the applicant is the Supervisor and he informed the deceased that the electric supply is turned off. Relying on his assurance, the deceased went to repair the electric line. However, due to electrocution he died. Therefore, the aforesaid offence came to be registered. The contention is that there was no intention on the part of the applicant to kill the deceased. It is submitted that the co-accused has already been protected by the interim orders of this Court dated 26.12.2025 in ABA No. 997/2025.

Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable on 29.01.2026.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicants/State.

Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant - Pankaj Daulatrao Kshirsagar in connection with Crime No. 723/2025 registered with Police Station, Wani, Dist. Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 105, 251 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
