The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with crime No. 216/2025, registered with Police Station, Padoli, Dist. Chandrapur, for the offence punishable under Section 105 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Issue notice to non-applicant, returnable on 2.2.2026. 4.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of nonapplicant/State. 5.

It is contended that the offence came to be registered on the allegation that the one Sudhakar Pachbhai has supplied electric current to the wire fencing of his field to protect his crop from animals. However, the deceased came in contact with the fence in which electric current was flowing and consequently died.

I have gone though the case record. The case diary is not with the case record, at this stage. The role assigned to present applicant is that his field is adjacent to that field of Sudhakar who is the main accused. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offence, a case is made out for anticipatory bail. Hence, following order:

ORDER

i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs. 25000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Thursday, between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, for two weeks.

iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and cooperate in the investigation.
