Taking into consideration the fact that applicant had complained about second respondent and her husband on 09/11/2025 that they have misappropriated amount of Rs.7 Lakhs, possibility cannot be ruled out that applicant is falsely implicated in the present crime.

Hence, in the event of arrest of applicant Babaso Maruti Doltade in connection with C.R. No.429/2025, registered with Mhaswad Police Station, District Satara, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the Local Crime Branch, Satara from 19/01/2026 to 24/01/2026 everyday between 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
