It appears from the record that on 30th March, 2026, the learned advocate for the Applicant had made a statement that a 'B Summary' report had been filed in the present proceedings on 24th February, 2026.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Mr. V. T. Shingade, Police Sub-Inspector, Mhaswad Police Station, submits that the 'B Summary' report, in fact, was submitted under a covering letter dated Shantanu S. Dhudum

A copy of the letter dated 24th February, 2026 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.
