It appears from the record that on 30th March, 2026, the learned advocate for the Applicant had made a statement that a 'B Summary' report had been filed in the present proceedings on 24th February, 2026.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Mr. V. T. Shingade, Police Sub-Inspector, Mhaswad Police Station, submits that the 'B Summary' report, in fact, was submitted under a covering letter dated Shantanu S. Dhudum

A copy of the letter dated 24th February, 2026 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
