At the outset, the learned APP has submitted that the chargesheet in this matter is filed before the jurisdictional court. 2.

On the basis of statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for the same relief. He requests that since interim anticipatory bail was granted, the same be continued for a period of one week. 3.

In view of the statement made, application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The interim anticipatory bail granted to this applicant shall continue to remain in force till 24.4.2026.
