The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 360/2025 registered with Bajaj Nagar Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) r/w. Section 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing since, the other co-accused in the crime have already been granted ad-interim protection.

The applicant shall appear before the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Saturday between 10 am to 12 pm and cooperate in the investigation.
