The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.

The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 778/2025 registered with Police Station Old City, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against applicant no. 1 is that he prepared bogus documents of sale-deed showing that he purchased the property from the father of the complainant and gifted the same to applicant nos. 3 and RR Jaiswal

2 41-aba-31-26.odt 4 through power-of-attorney holder applicant no. 2. The role assigned to applicant no. 5 is that he looked after the property transaction on behalf of applicant nos. 1 to 4, whereas there is no allegation against applicant no.6. 5.

Considering the prima facie allegations against applicant nos. 5 and 6, they can be protected by the ad-interim order. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:- i) During the pendency of the application, in the event of arrest applicant no. 5- Nafees Ahmed S/o. Gulam Jilan and applicant no. 6- Farhan W/o. Nafees Ahmed be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 778/2025 registered with Police Station Old City, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. ii) Applicant nos. 5 and 6 shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Thursday between 10:00 am to 12 noon and shall co-operate in the investigation.
