The learned APP waives service of notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 425/2024 registered with Police Station Wathoda, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission is that the allegations against the applicant are that he sold the plot of the Society to other persons without the consent of the President/ Secretary or the Executive Committee of the Society namely Three Star Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Nagpur by producing a forged letter-pad of the Society. Considering the submissions and the allegations which appear from the First Information Report, perusal of the case-diary is necessary, which is not available as of today. Hence, considering these aspects, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant during pendency of the application. Hence, the following order:- i) During the pendency of the application, in the event of arrest applicant- Mohd. Ramzan S/o. Asgar Sheikh shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 425/2024 registered with Police Station Wathoda, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
