The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.355/2025 registered with Police Station, Patur, District Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 74, 75 (2), 115(2), 296, 352, 351(2) and 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

The allegations against the present applicant are that he abused the complainant in filthy language and also damaged the motorcycle of the husband and brother-in-law of the complainant. Therefore, the aforesaid offences came to be lodged with the non-applicant for outraging modesty of the complainant.

Issue notice to the non-applicant.

Ms Prabhu, APP waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant and prays for time to file reply.

Considering the allegations in the First Information Report, a case is made out for ad interim anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

In the event of arrest, the applicant - Rushikesh s/o Rameshwar Dolare in connection with Crime No.355/2025 registered with Police Station, Patur, District Akola be released on ad interim anticipatory bail on executing PR bond of 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like ₹ amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Friday for next three weeks between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.
