DATED :- 12.03.2026 The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 531/2025 registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 223, 274 and 275 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 with Sections 26(2)(iv), 27(3)(e), 30(2)(a), 3(1)(zz)(iv) and 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned APP for the State. I have gone through the case-diary.

The case-diary reveals that on 26.10.2025, after receipt of information, the Police conducted a raid at office of the Hans Travels at Nagpur and found one parcel containing contraband scented gutka. Later on, it was revealed that the said contraband was booked from RR Jaiswal
2 54-aba-35--26.odt Raipur office of Hans Travels to be transported to Pune. The said contraband was seized by the Police in the raid. 4.
It appears that some of the persons from the office of Hans Travels were arrested. The applicant is working as Manger in the office of Hans Travel at Raipur. The entire contraband has already been seized by the Police and it is also informed that the charge-sheet has been filed. Hence, it appears that nothing is required to be seized from the applicant.

The applicant was protected by ad-interim order of this Court with a direction to attend the concerned Police Station. Under the dictum of this Court, the applicant attended the concerned Police Station and co-operated in the investigation.

Considering all these aspects as well as the nature of allegations against the applicant, a case is made out for confirming the ad-interim protection granted to the application vide order dated 19.01.2026. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.
ii) The order dated 19.01.2026 granting adinterim protection to the applicant is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
