In wake of the statement of the learned Senior Counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the complainant, both the criminal applications stand disposed of with liberty to the applicants to approach this Court in future, if need arises.

If at all non-applicant no.2 wants to arrest the applicants, they shall give 72 hours notice to the applicants in advance.
