Having gone through the First Information Report (FIR), it is revealed that on 18.12.2025 at about 8:00 pm. the complainant was present in his shop which is situated in their house along with his wife. ApplicantAniket Nande along with the other applicants, barged into the shop of the complainant and created ruckus. They

When the complainant and his daughterPayal went to the Police Station to lodge the FIR, the applicants again came to the house of the complainant and abused his wife- Shobha, daughter- Sakshi, sister-in-lawMaya and her son- Prajwal. 5.

Perusal of the case-diary reveals that just because the complainant has lodged a complaint against the friend of the applicants namely Nikhil, the applicants barged in the house of the complainant asking him as to why he has lodged the complaint against their friend. They not only created ruckus but also assaulted the wife of the complainant and fled away. Moreover, they had the audacity to come back and again beat the wife of the complainant as well as his daughter- Sakshi; apart from two other relatives when the complainant had gone to lodge the FIR, in order to threaten the complainant. 6.

The applicants, without any fear, barged into the shop of the complainant not once but twice which itself speaks in volumes about their utter disregard to the law. The iron rod used in the crime is yet to be recovered and hence, custodial interrogation of the applicants is necessary.

7.

Considering the allegation against the applicants and the role played by them, no case is made
