The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, fairly submits that during the pendency of the present application, charge sheet has been filed and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court. He further prays that the interim relief granted on 22.1.2026 be continued for a period of two weeks.

In view of the statement made, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court. Needless to mention that the application was not heard on merit. Interim order dated 22.1.2026 shall remain in force till 29.4.2026. The application is disposed of.

The fees of the learned appointed counsel be quantified and paid as per rules.
