The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.6/2026, registered with Police Station City Ajni, Nagpur, for offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 336(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 9.2.206.

Learned APP waives notice for non-applicant.

The contention of the applicants is that the applicants have installed solar panels in the house of informant, his father and brother. However, just because he could not receive the subsidy, false complaint has been filed against the applicants.

Considering the submission and the fact that the case diary is not before this Court, a case for ad interim relief is made out. Hence, following order:

i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No.6/2026, registered with Police Station City Ajni, Nagpur, for offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 336(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicants be released on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 2nd and 5th of February, 2026, between 10.00 to 12.00 hrs.

iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall cooperate in the investigation.
