By this application, applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.146 of 2025 registered with Aundh Police Station, District: Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 308, 309, 310, 312, 325, 329(3), 134, 190 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The prosecution case in short is that the informant lodged First Information Report alleging three incidents i.e. on 19.09.2025, 10.10.2025 and 19.10.2025, on which total 11 accused persons including the applicants have obstructed the informant and his wife for harvesting maize crop. His wife was manhandled and was not permitted to start the electric pump for drawing water and filthy
abuses were given. They have also mixed some poisonous substances in the well.

Heard learned Advocate for Applicants and learned APP for the Respondent-State instructed by the officer of concerned Police Station. Perused the record.

The charge-sheet in the present crime is filed on 20.01.2026. Admittedly, there are civil dispute between the applicants and the informant. There is every possibility that so as to pressurize the applicants, they are impleaded in the present crime. Prima facie, the spot Panchanama does not support the allegations made in the FIR. There is delay of five days in lodging the FIR. The applicants' names are mentioned in 7/12 extract as owner of the land, whereas the name of informant's father is recorded as tenant. The dispute between them is pending before the revenue authority. 5.
Considering the peculiar facts of the present case, role attributed to the applicants and as the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary.

In the result, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicants - Jeevan Mahadev Kambale and Sourabh Jeevan Kamble in Crime No.146 of 2025 registered with Aundh Police Station, District: Satara, they be
released on bail on executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount. 8.
The Applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 9.
The Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
