Learned APP would submit that the Applicant has not disclosed any antecedents in the present application. He further submits that in F.I.R. No.0042 of 2025 dated 15th January, 2025, registered with the Sangola Police Station, Solapur Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal

Code, 1860 (for short, "IPC"). He further submits that in fact the Applicant has specifically stated in paragraph No.3, ground (m), that the Applicant has no criminal antecedents whatsoever. It is, therefore, submitted that on this ground alone, the present anticipatory bail application ought to be rejected.

Learned counsel for the Applicant, on the other hand, submits that the Applicant has, in fact, settled the matter in the present F.I.R. bearing No. 0734 of 2025 dated 11th November, 2025 registered with the Akluj Police Station, Solapur Rural, and has already paid an entire amount of Rs.3,74,000/- on 4th April, 2026 i.e. after filing of the present anticipatory bail application. 3.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh application after disclosing the antecedents and annexing a copy of the said F.I.R.

Leave and liberty are granted.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The record indicates that, by an order dated 20th January, 2026, the Applicant was granted interim protection. The said interim protection shall continue till 17th April, 2026.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
