The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 633/2025, registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, Dist. Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 09.02.2026.

Learned APP waives notice for respondent/ State.

The contention of the applicant is that he is a bank employee and has only uploaded the Know Your Customer (KYC) of the savings account of the persons who wanted to avail the Credit Card from his Login-ID RR Jaiswal

2 52-aba-59-26.odt and password. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant has nothing to do with the crime and no amount has been misappropriated by him. According to her, there was no intention on the part of the applicant to defraud the bank or any customer of the bank.

Considering the submission that no amount has been transferred in the account of the applicant, coupled with the fact that the case diary is not available for perusal, a case for ad-interim relief is made out. Hence, the following order:- i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on executing a P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 633/2025, registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, Dist. Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday, between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 hrs, for three weeks.
