The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 633/2025 registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 406 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention is that the applicant was the Bank Manager at the relevant time when the 44 saving accounts in question were opened in the Bank. According to the learned Senior Advocate, the cases were RR Jaiswal
2 2-aba-60-26.odt referred to the Credit Card department merely because the option of availing Credit Card was tick marked as 'Yes' in the form provided for opening a savings bank account.

Considering the submission that no amount has been transferred to the account of the applicant, coupled with the fact that the case-diary is not available for perusal; in my view, the applicant can be protected by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:- i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest applicant- Nandeshwar S/o. Krushnarao Manthanpurwar be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 633/2025 registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 406 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 am to 12 noon for three weeks.
iii) The applicant shall not temper with the prosecution evidence and shall co-operate in the investigation.
