Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Complainant Mr. Abhishek Gholap is present in the Court, who is duly identified by the concerned officer from the Shahupuri Police Station, Kolhapur.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states on instructions that the Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.11 lakh to the Complainant. Learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer, states that the identity of the Complainant has been verified by sending photograph to the Investigating Officer, who has further confirmed that the Complainant has received Rs.11 lakhs from the Applicant. Statement is accepted. 4.

Considering the averments in the FIR and the fact that the Applicant has paid Rs.11 lakh (which is the amount mentioned in the FIR as the alleged amount for which Complainant was cheated), the present Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of by passing following order : Harish

In the event of arrest in connection with CR. No. 621/2025, registered with Shahupuri Police Station, Kolhapur for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) and 316(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant Mr. Sanjay Mahavir Kirangi be released on bail on the condition that the Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigation and will attend the concerned Police Station, if called by the concerned Investigating Officer.
