The applicants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.313/2025 registered with Police Station, Shegaon Gramin, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 64(2) (d)(z), 69, 137 (2), 249(b) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 as well as Sections 6, 12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

The allegations against the applicants are that they provided a rented house and assisted the 19 year boy, who eloped with the victim and had intercourse with her. Therefore, the aforesaid offence came to be registered against the applicants.

The concerned Police Station shall inform the nonapplicant no.2/victim about filing of the present application. 6.

Considering the submission and the role assigned to the present applicants, a case is made out for ad interim protection. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest, the applicants - (1) Maroti alias Gabbar Raju Malvande, (2) Rahul Raju Malvande and (3) Sau. Puja Dhawal Shelke, in connection with Crime No.313/2025 registered with Police Station, Shegaon Gramin, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 64(2) (d)(z), 69, 137 (2), 249(b) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 as well as Sections 6, 12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, they be released on bail on executing a PR bond of 25,000/- ₹ each with one solvent surety each in the like amount. (ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 10th and 11th February 2026 between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm and cooperate with the investigating authority. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
