The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 14/2026 registered with Police Station Digras, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 78, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 12 of the The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 5.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is 21 years old and there is allegation against the applicant is that he was

2 56-aba-74-26.odt stalking the victim, who is a 17 year old girl. The further contention is that the victim and the applicant are having a love affair and the victim herself asked the applicant to create a scene before her father so that the victim and the applicant can get married.

It appears that the applicant was trying to pour petrol on himself and was insisting that her father should give his consent to the marriage of the victim with the applicant, otherwise he will commit suicide. On the complaint of the cousin brother of the victim, the aforesaid offences came to be registered. 7.

Considering the submission and the nature of allegations, a case is made out for grant of adinterim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order:- i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest applicant-Shiv Yuvraj Jadhao be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 14/2026 registered with Police Station Digras, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 78, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 12 of the The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

ii) The applicant shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on 5th and 10th
