The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 926/2025 registered with Police Station, Mangalvedha, Dist. Solapur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the non-applicant State.

Having gone through the case diary, it appears that the applicants are the directors of the milk manufacturing company where the complainant was supplying milk. It appears that the dispute arose on account of the quality of milk. The applicants stopped the payment of milk supplied by the complainant. The dispute of the applicants was that the rate of milk was to be fixed as per fat the content in the milk supplied. Harish

36-ABA-79-2026 (CR).DOC However, the complainant adulterated the milk by mixing water in it and therefore, the payment to the tune of Rs.51,51,707/- to the complainant was stopped. On the complaint of the complainant, the aforesaid offence was registered.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicants that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and the complainant has no objection if the applicants are released on bail. 5.

The complainant Bandu Sukhdev Lendve is present before the Court and submits that he has received the outstanding amount and the matter is settled between them. The complainant is duly identified by the Head Constable (HC-1621) Shrimant Shankar Pawar, of Mangalvedha Police Station.

The applicants were protected by way of ad-interim order dated 06.02.2026 with a direction to appear before the concerned police station and co-operate in the investigation. Accordingly, they attended the concerned police station and co-operated in the investigation. 7.

Considering the fact that the dispute appears to be civil in nature as well as the fact that the grievance of the complainant is now redressed; in my view, a case is made out for confirming the ad-interim order dated 06.02.2026. Hence this order;

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

The interim order dated 06.02.2026 is hereby confirmed. 8.
