Learned Advocate for the Applicants would submit that, perusal of the F.I.R. would indicate that there is no case made out against the Applicants in respect of Sections 8 & 12 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short, "P.O.C.S.O. Act"). He would submit that, the only allegation against accused Ritesh Bhosale is that he had pushed the complainant on two or three occasions and that he was coming in front of the complainant and on one occasion winked at her. That the complainant at that moment had complaint to the parents of Ritesh Bhosale and that one Mr. Chandrakant Bhosale explained to Ritesh Bhosale that he should not conduct himself in that manner. The only other allegation against Ritesh Bhosale is that on 26th October 2025, at about 12:00 o'clock when the complainant was going to the bride's room for changing her clothes, Ritesh Bhosale held her 2 of

hand and told her that he wanted to talk to her. At that time, the complainant's aunt came there. When the complainant told Ritesh Bhosale to leave. He immediately left.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants would further submit that apart from the allegations against Ritesh Bhosale, there is no allegations against the other Applicants, which are relatable to the offences under the P.O.C.S.O. Act. As regards other Applicants in respect of assault, there are general and vague allegations.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the Affidavit-in-Reply is ready and will be filed during the course of the day. A copy of the Affidavit-in-Reply be served upon the learned Advocate for the Applicants. 4.

Stand over to 27th March 2026.

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
