At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State, states that there are five antecedents and four NCs against the Applicant, however, the same have not been disclosed by the Applicant in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, in view of the said contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Gupte, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the particulars of the antecedents.
