At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to amend and add two Applicants in the array of parties in cause title. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

After hearing learned Counsel for the Applicants and the learned APP for some time, learned APP on instructions of concerned officer of EOW, Kolhapur, makes a statement that summons/order under section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall be issued to the Applicants. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, learned Counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with statement as recorded above.
