Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 643/2025 registered with Police Station, Malegaon, Dist. Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 125, 118(1), 115(2) and 126(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention is that all the applicants are women and they did not use any deadly weapon in the crime. The only allegation against them is that they pelted stones from the roof.

Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable on 23.02.2026.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant/State.

Considering the submissions and the fact that the

2 44 aba98.26.odt case diary is not available at present for perusal, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicants.

Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicants - (1) Sultanabee Shaikh Rafiq (2) Roshanara @ Gorbee Parveen Shaikh and (3) Sofiya Parveen Shaikh Rashid in connection with Crime No. 643/2025 registered with Police Station, Malegaon, Dist. Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 125, 118(1), 115(2) and 126(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 12th, 17th and 20th Feb., 2026 between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and cooperate with the investigation. 9.

The applicants shall not indulge in pressurizing the prosecution witnesses or shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
