The contention is that the applciant, who is relative of the victim was haivng love affairs with her. He only expressed his emotion and told the victim "I love you" and proposed for marriage. Further, contention is that there is no allegation of sexual assault.

Having heard learned counsel for applciant as well as learned APP for State and having gone through the FIR, Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 17.2.2026. 4.

Learned APP waives notice for non-applicant/State. JUDGE Belkhede
