The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 732/2025, registered with Police Station, Katol, Dist Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.
The allegation against the applicant is that he happens to be the Sangh Manager of Bachat Gat. Though, he has collected money from the Bachat Gat members, he did not deposit the same with the bank. The amount misappropriated is claimed to be to the tune of Rs. 3,09,024/-. Out of the said amount, the applicant has already deposited Rs. 1,78,952/- with the bank. Further, in order to show his bonafides, the applicant is ready to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 1,30,072 with the bank within ten days.

Considering the submissions, perusal of the case diary is required, which is not available with the Court as of today. Since,
69aba111.2026..odt the reply of the State is also not on record yet, a case is made out for grant of ad interim relief. Hence, following order is passed: i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant Rohit s/o Ramkrushna Gudange, in connection with Crime No. 732/2025, registered with Police Station, Katol, Dist Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of two weeks and shall cooperate in the investigation.
iii) The applicant shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
