Though the Sessions Court had rejected the anticipatory bail application granted to the accused, the order shows that charge-sheet filed in the crime was not brought to the notice of Sessions Court.

In that view of the matter, the learned Senior Counsel Shri Anil Mardikar assisted by Shri D.R. Singh has requested the Court to permit him to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh. He further prayed that ad interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 11.02.2026 be continued for two weeks.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 4.

The ad interim relief granted on 11.02.2026 shall remain in force till 07.05.2026.
