Learned APP tenders across the bar a copy of the Affidavit of the Investigating Officer. A copy of the same is served upon the learned Advocate for the Applicants today.

Insofar as the present Applicants are concerned, there are no allegations against them in respect of Sections 74 and 76 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. As regards the other allegations, it is submitted that the Applicants abused the Complainant and her relatives and assaulted them with fist blows, sticks, and stones. It is further submitted that, insofar as Sections 8 and 12 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act are concerned, there are no 1/2

It is contended that the Applicants have been implicated due to family disputes and that there is an unexplained delay of three days in lodging the present FIR. It is also submitted that cross-complaints have arisen out of the incident in question. Learned counsel further submits that the wife of Hanumant Jadhav, Accused No. 1, has also lodged an FIR on 11th October 2025. 3.

Considering that a copy of the Affidavit has been served upon the learned Advocate for the Applicants in Court today, stand over to 16th March 2026.

Considering the aforesaid facts and that the Affidavit has been served in Court today, only till the next date there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
