Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 06/2026 registered with Police Station, Digras, Dist. Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(2), 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention is that the applicant is the wife of one of the co-accused. Though, her name is appearing in the FIR, no specific role is attributed to her. According to the learned counsel, not a single rupee has been credited to the account of the applicant. She has been made an accused only because she is the wife of co-accused Vinod. 6.
Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant/State.

Considering the submissions and the fact that the applicant is a woman, prima facie, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant. 9.
Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant - Sau. Aparna Vinodkumar Dudhe in connection with Crime No. 06/2026 registered with Police Station, Digras, Dist. Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(2), 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, she be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and cooperate with the investigation. 11.
The applicant shall not indulge in pressurizing the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
