The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during pendency of the present application, the Charge sheet has been filed. He seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court. He has further prayed for continuation of ad-interim order dated 13.2.2026. 3.

In view of the submission made, leave is granted to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

The ad-interim order dated 13.2.2026 shall remain in force till 27.4.2026. It is made clear that the application was not heard on the merit.
